Here are a few photos from my post CSA season adventure to Mozambique.

Providing education and outreach on the benefits of soy foods and the importance of incorporating soy in the diets of rural folks in Mozambique was such an eye opening experience for me.

In Mozambique stunting nutrition is about 40 percent and it is linked to both inadequate food intake and illness.

It is important to scale up food production and consumption, especially with products rich in essential nutrients vital for human health.
